FIND OUT WHY
OUR FRIENDS ARE SMILING

These are radiographs from a 4 yo Cairn Terrier named Angus. This was his first COHAT and unfortunately, his mouth was a mess. I am staging his extractions. I am only showing the rads I need a second opinion on.
The inter-dental space 202-203 and the palatal aspect of 202 had deep pockets (4 mm) and bled a lot with probing. I plan to take 202, 203. I am questioning the periapical lucency associated with 201 and irregular periodontal ligament space associated with 101, 102 (teeth probe normal) . Also, I feel like there is a more diffuse area of bone loss around 101, 102 and 201, 202 on one view but not the other (kine of like an arch). Do you think this is anatomic variation based on the angle of the shot?
Thanks for your help!
