Need some help please deciding just what this dog needs,  Lots of problems.  He is a make neutered beagle of middle age (rescue).  He was in for COHAT last week and when I saw all the issues, I opted to postpone major work until I could clarify exactly what needed to be done on each of these teeth.  This is what I see and think…

210 and 209=extract.

208=resorptive roots (possibly type 2),

206= retained roots, no obvious ligament space , crown amputation

309=lucency at apex of mesial root ? what to do?

307 and 308 = (root resorption) crown amputation both with distal root extraction of 308

304 =apex lucency?  Any needed action? 

108= crown missing with  resorbed root, no treatment

109 and 110 = extract

301 and 401 were extracted, are 302 and 402 ok

407 –  cannot tell if type 1 or type 2

406= crown amputation

409- (slight lucency at tips of both roots, normal or not?

I appreciate any advice of this poor critter.  Want to do whatever he needs, but not anything her doesnt.  Thanks
