Nani is a 14 yo FS toy poodle (obese 7 lbs) who I saw for a COHAT and skin mass removal a few weeks ago. Not surprisingly, she needed multiple extractions. I removed 301, 401 and resorbing 206 and plan to remove additional teeth in a couple weeks. We were having issues with hypothermia–struggled to keep her at/above 96 degrees.

I am only posting radiographs of the rostral mandible. I'd like input regarding whether to extract 304. There is a 6 mm periodontal pocket along mesial aspect of 304 and the tooth is slightly mobile (M1). Neither 304 or 404 bleed excessively upon probing. I do believe the irregular lucency around the periodontal ligament space is significant and the tooth should be removed. Due to her size, I wanted to get other opinions. I've sweat through the stress of removing similar canines before; just wanted to be sure this is the best decision for her. Thanks!
