Minou, a 14 yr old DSH, came last week for dentistry. Numerous resorptive lesions present, and I wasn’t sure how to approach the lower canines. It appeared the root tips were undergoing resorption but the very root tips retained.  

Brett recommended “partial extraction/crown amp of 304 and 404.  They are both undergoing type II.  Same approach as for canine extraction so you can close.”
