Veterinary Dentistry Dental Cases

I would love your opinion on these teeth.

Cora is a 7YO Yorkie who had a COHAT today. She had an uncomplicated slab fracture in 208. Do you appreciated any periodontal disease (108 to compare)? Could I seal this tooth?

Also this defect was present on the caudal aspect of 409 on multiple images. I could not probe a pocket, but it is very tight 409/410 – we did get dental floss inbetween but got no granulation tissue/debris out of pocket. Should I just clean and monitor? extract 410? try to increase 409/410 space by removing/shaving off enamel and bonding?

Other than moderate to heavy calculus on her teeth, the rest of her mouth looked great!
