Hi everyone. I could use some help on this one. This is Minnie, a 4y old 14# mixed breed. Her age could be off as she was a rescue. I saw her in for dentistry in October 2016 and at that time her owner only allowed me to take partial radiographs (it was dental special month, sigh). That day I extracted the upper and lower incisors and 204 due to widened pulp canals. I planned a staged procedure to have her back in because I knew that she needed some additional extractions and we would complete all of her radiographs. O returns today and I have posted the pertinent radiographs (from both days). Today I extracted 110, 210, 411, and 307. Can you comment on what you think about the remaining pre-molars. I feel like so many of them have widened pulp canals but wanted a second opinion before extracting all of these teeth. Many of these do have significant abrasions and you can see in the photo that 106 and 407 appear discolored. I think I am seeing periapical lucency around the mesial root of 207, mesial root of 407, and mesial and distal roots of 106. Do I also need to plan for 205, 206, 105, 107, and 406? I think 408 and 308 may be fine. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks everyone.
