Hi everyone,

I'd like to get some opinions on this radiograph. 10 yr + MN DSH. Missing 204 on exam with a bulbous appearance in the area.  This patient has never had dental care before. I have another view but it didn't download to my laptop properly. Do you think this area needs explored? I am hoping it's a mostly resorbed root but am worried about the more radiolucent area mesially.  The owner had financial limitations so have to stage the dental care and there were other areas with higher priority for treatment.
