Veterinary Dentistry Dental Cases

Hey- I’d appreciate some input on this one.

Hey- I'd appreciate some input on this one. This is a coworker's case (in the same practice) that I was going to help on. We're referring her, but I'd be interested in what you would do on this one. She's a 7 year old spayed female boxer. I've trimmed gingival hyperplasia before on areas like we're seeing here on her canines, but her mandibular incisors are where my question is centered. The rostral to caudal thickness is what I'm not sure about. I realize there aren't rads, but assuming the incisors needed to come out, what would you then do with that gingiva? Anything? Thanks
