Hello, today sedated a 12 year golden for routine prophylaxis. Palpated thickening around mandible in area of first molar (see photo).
Tooth was not extracted. Deep biopsies and superficial biopsies obtained. Thickening of mandible felt thru entire rami in that region.
Bone density appeared less opaque in area but periosteum ok. Malignant neoplasia or benign?
