Gracie is a 7 week old Westie I saw for the first time today. She has mild linguoeversion of her mandibular canines. 804 is rubbing on the mucosa but not causing any visible defects (yet). I think the left will likely correct itself as she grows over the next couple weeks. However, I am not so sure about the right. Is it reasonable to monitor closely? or would you extract now. The owners are aware we will likely need to extract these teeth if they have not fallen out prior to eruption of the 304, 404. For now, I am hesitant to be too aggressive; prefer to not anesthetize this 3 lb puppy yet.
