Charlie is a 6 yr old MN DSH with a frustrating case of stomatitis that I've been trying to manage for 2+ years. I met him in 2015 and did full mouth extractions at that time, and have continued to medically manage since then with steroids, atopica, gabapentin, buprenorphine and combinations thereof. . I took x-rays this week to see if there are any roots left. The caudal fossitis is significantly worse on his right side, and there is localized gingivitis at the previous site of 104. His recent bloodwork is normal, negative for leukemia and FIV. I don't know what more I can do for him.
