Canine root resorption.

Canine root resorption.

I am a little fuzzy on canine root resorption. If there's no pocket, no periapical lucency- at what point do you extract? Do you do crown amputations like in cats? If there's a good resource for this I'll gladly reference that.

This is a 10 year old neutered male toy poodle. He's got several that are resorbing. My question would be when/if you'd extract. No significant pockets on these. Here's distal root of 408 and full shots of 307, 308 and 107. Dr Beckman gave a quick response to extract 107 but I didn't ask about the others at the time. Thanks.
