This requires full root extraction. In the distal root the space is not present and bone is replacing the rooth. In this case crown reduction of more specifically here partial tooth extraction may be performed to remove tooth to the point where only bone is present. This requires extensive experience and a very high powered head surgical magnifyer to perform properly.</p></div>
