Update Bilateral Edentulous Mandibular Fracture Repair with Acrylic Splint

This patient with bilateral mandibular fractures was repaired with titanium mesh in combination with an acrylic splint anchored to wire and a massel chain. Link to Original Posts 

Radiographs 2 1/2 months post original presentaion showed excellent healing.  Some mucosal irritation was present bilaterally from the splint.
